Refund Conditions:

Note: A "purchase" is defined as the totality of your order, including any digital downloads, e-books and/or coaching purchased in addition to SUPER FLEXY®.

In order to be eligible for the 31-Day 100% Money Back Guarantee, you must purchase SUPER FLEXY® directly from our site, StonebullScience.com and it must be shipped directly from our warehouses.

You will be refunded in full on your initial 1, 3 or 6 bottle bundle purchase

Please note: There are no refunds given on e-books, digital content and/or coaching packages.

If SUPER FLEXY® doesn't work for you, we will also purchase another brand of joint supplement of your choice. We will purchase ONE bottle of any other joint supplement available for purchase online.

Shipping - When Will You Get Your Order?

Orders are processed in order that they are received and shipped accordingly. We ship within 2-3 business days from placing your order and generally delivery takes an additional 2-3 days. Most orders arrive within 7 business days of purchase!

We use USPS for 95% of our deliveries and ship either in First Class bubble mailers OR USPS branded Priority Packaging for accurate and safe delivery.

If your order is damaged, please contact us immediately at "info@stonebullscience.com" with subject line: DAMAGED PACKAGE.

While we are not responsible, nor liable, for lost or damaged packages, we will work with you to replace your order in a fair manner.

Returned/Refused Shipments

Although we offer FREE shipping on all orders, if an order is sent back to our warehouse for an invalid address, incomplete address, vacant address or any other reason where the USPS/UPS deems it unable or unsafe to deliver, the customer will be charged for re-sending package.

If customer wishes to cancel order, the order can be refunded minus any processing fees associated with the order.
